Tru By Hilton Albany Crossgates Mall

This was just a prime choice for a mini-vacation in Albany with all in all great value for money. The shower had a very low water pressure, a bit annoying, but the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Make sure to check if the room has been recently cleaned before settling in.

The location was convenient and unbeatable and the room was clean. Popped in Maggie Mcfly's for shots before sleep, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue😃

The workout facilities were really good, and the unique squeeze toiletries added a fun touch. The breakfast offered a variety of options. For families, check out the outdoor basketball court for a great time!

Comfy bed and room was functional and compact.

Favourable location of the hotel in the Tru breakfast area. We had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and tea/coffee making equipment in the queen room.

The room was super spacious and clean. Those wall-mounted toiletries were a nice surprise. We really enjoyed the hot coffee and variety of teas in the breakfast area, and it was great to have a heated indoor pool and lounging area. Just a heads up, the kids were a bit bummed that the pool was out of service during our visit. 😊

Friendly and helpful staff and modern hotel.

The place was fairly clean, functional rooms. New building, comfy and absolutely perfect location very close to a very large mall and plaza for food and independent shops. Also, in the Tru breakfast area. The hotel of choice in Albany.

The venue is clean, the staff is affable. It's nestled in a new building with comfortable location in the Tru breakfast area. El Charro Mexican Grill, where you can eat lunch, is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

The design is minimal to the point of feeling sparse, resembling a college dorm. With no closet, just hooks, and cold laminate flooring, comfort takes a hit-the walking surface is noticeably chilly. The noise level is a concern. Sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms carry through easily, which could be irritating for light sleepers. The bathroom had a slow-draining sink and an off-center toilet seat, both minor annoyances. The gym lacked basic cleaning supplies, a hassle when you want to wipe down equipment post-workout.

I loved how close the hotel was to Crossgates Mall, just a short walk away, and I enjoyed taking a stroll to nearby Cook Park.

Clean, clean, clean

The whole place felt so fresh and inviting. I loved the comfort of the cozy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds-a perfect space for my family! Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious. We started each day with smiles and full tummies.
